In Mood al Neon we ship all over Italy. However, we want to remind you that each neon is unique because it is handmade at the time of the order, therefore it will take a few working days (depending on the size) to make the neon, in these days we also guarantee the functionality and safety of shipping a product of quality.

FREE SHIPPING METHOD: Delivered within 10/15 working days Including tracking number To check the status of your order directly, you can simply enter your tracking number in our tracking page (see main menu). Please note that once items leave our warehouse, risk passes to the customer and Mood Al Neon is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Returns

Every Mood Neon sign is crafted from scratch, especially for you. Due to the highly customized nature of our product, we do not offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

If you think you may have received the wrong order, please contact our team at ????@gmail.com with a picture of the item received and a brief description within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please include your order number in the subject line.

IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?

If you have received defective, incorrect and/or damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Remember to enter your order number, photographs of the items and all references relating to the receipt of the package and, in accordance with our money-back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible!

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order at ????@gmail.com . Remember to enter the order number and the modification and/or cancellation you wish to make, you will receive confirmation of the operation. Orders already packed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
