What are the times to receive the neon sign?
At the time of your order, having completed your purchase, you will receive your personalized neon sign/design or less in 14/20 working days.

What is the neon sign configurator with personalized writing?
Our configurator allows you to write your personalized message, select the font, color and support. At the end you will be able to see your personalized LED writing applied to the wall of your living room, bedroom, or behind the counter of your club. The viewer will give you a preview of what you've selected so you can make any changes you see fit. If instead what you are looking for is the transposition into led neon of your company logo, a symbol you particularly care about or a motivational phrase, then please contact us at ?????@gmail.com
What can I find in the MoodalNeon package?
In your package that MoodalNeon delivers to your home you will find your customized neon writing, sign or design complete with 12v power supply, all you have to do is connect the plugs and then the power supply to a normal 220V socket.

Safety: How to Use Your Neon Led
Do not connect the neon led to a power source if the cable is damaged.
The led neon signs must not be handled by children or installed in positions within the reach of children. It is also advisable not to install them where children could get entangled in the cord, for example near their beds or cradles. Do not leave the Neon on without supervision, i.e. do not forget to switch it off when you leave the premises. The neon signs advertised on this site are intended for internal use only. If you are interested in neon to be applied outdoors, please contact us. It is not recommended to install customized LED lettering near heat sources or where they will be subject to water or humidity (unless made specifically for outdoors).
Neon sign installation
Wall installation is really simple, we recommend 4x40mm screws and 6mm plugs. Alternatively you can order the appropriate spacers from us.
Most led neon signs weigh between 2 kg and 6 kg. To work, the neon lettering must therefore be plugged into a standard power outlet. Please ensure the neon sign is securely mounted before use. We recommend that you use a measuring tape and mark the perimeter of the neon with tape on the wall, to ensure you fix it in the correct position. Then, have another person hold the neon lettering in place while you mark the pre-punched holes with a pencil. Once you've made sure the neon is in the correct position, you're ready to screw the neon into place. Make sure the led neon sign is securely mounted before plugging it into the electrical outlet.
How much do your neon consume? Ecological
We use the latest Led Neon technology which consumes 85% less energy than a traditional gas Neon. They are light in weight, generate no heat and make no noise. TOP!
How are your neons made? Handcrafted
All of our signs are handmade using PVC, internal LEDs and acrylic. This new Led Neon technology guarantees a longer life than the traditional Glass Neon. They also hold added security as they are free of Gas or Mercury. We produce Neons to order. Whether it's your own creation or one of our pre-designed items, each piece is handcrafted by a skilled craftsman, especially for you!
How many and which colors do you have available for your neon lights?
We have a pie chart of 21 colors available for your preference, so your choice will be easily adapted to your personal tastes.
Before purchasing my personalized neon, can I receive a draft of the project? Absolutely yes!
Obviously, shortly before your purchase, together with the final estimate, we will also send you the project created by our craftsmen with all the details and relative measurements that you sent us!
